Villiers’ Hotel (Formerly known as the Swan and Castle) was first featured in the Michelin Guide in 1911 and has remained recommended in the guide ever since. The restaurant enjoys a fresh relaxed ambience, air conditioning, and has an attractive outlook onto the cobbled courtyard of the hotel. Food is of the highest standard, featuring much locally sourced produce, and prepared in an innovative and attractive fashion. The Villiers’ brigade of chefs take pride in not only delighting restaurant customers but also preparing and serving sumptuous dining for celebrations in the splendid Villiers Ballroom.
